This is a FREE opportunity for entrepreneurs to ask questions and get legal advice on business related issues such as:

Which legal structure best suits a business
(i.e. sole proprietorship, corporation, limited liability, or partnership)
How to protect intellectual property
If a contract is legally binding
How to avoid business lawsuits

All appointments are 30 minutes long. PARTICIPANTS MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE LEGAL ADIVCE.
